EP22 plot twist is the laziest and the cheapest plot-device ever used for sucking artificial conflict out of nothing. All the lame excuses given can't possibly fix the sheer stupidity of Louch in that episode.

Sorry to state the obvious, but if you need to make your MC loose 100 IQ points to move your plot, you are a failure and your creation is a waste of time.

Deserves all the rotten tomatoes and the garbage remake it received.

At its core, this is just a perverse attempt to glorify the oppressive social credit system currently in place in China. Recommended only for fans of CCP propaganda.

This movie serves as an isolated side story which takes place during the events of S4 and for the most part was entertaining and very violent and brutal. Unfortunately this movie has several characters that were annoying especially the main knight whose traits are blindly charging in and communicating through yelling that it did drag the movie down. Overall, this has the same feel as the previous seasons for the exception of a few annoying characters and is worth a watch.

For fans of reincarnation with fantasy elements.

It's more of the same good stuff to anyone that has followed Overlord until now:

- decent action (it may be a bit too heavy at certain parts to some)

- some plot twists here and there that makes you want more after this (there is one really good!)

Not a must see movie at all, but still very solid if you want more of what Overlord have already offered in the past.

Fore sure anyone enjoying this movie will want more after it and, sadly, there isn't more :(

As interesting as it was earlier. I didn't really liked episodes with another games as I came here specific for a "fantasy World" and those sci-fi/fighting episodes for me were just stealing time, but ok. Different people - different tastes. Waiting for the next season.

Very cute, fun, a bit of isekai and sweet anime, this really surprised me that a simple story could be this much fun to watch. Characters are really loveable and really like the last episode about them visiting the mc's grand father. Really hope that there will be another season.

This seems promising.

A real hero suicides, and a normal person just fakes being that person, and he gets superpowers from the 'belief' of the people. And its a story of him trying to somehow live/succeed.

This anime will make you feel a lot of things, make you happy, sad and mad. The main character is weird and immature but he gets a bit of development at least. Recommended if you like countryside atmospheric and dramatic anime.

I just love how they introduces "gap" in everything here. It's probably one of the freshest CGDCT I ever watched in recent years (not that there's many recently).

You got your MCs are casually killing everyone, and all characters just die so easily, only to realize they have cute back story later with all the other characters they killed (don't forget post-credit scenes).

The absurdity of everything is just so good. It's like they want you to watch this unseriously & seriously at the same time.

And ofc, Shaft being shaft, they find ways to improve the production quality on a series with simple art style.

It would be a very nice original take on a cyberpunk theme if it wasn't riddled with subpar execution.

Biggest obstacle is a tangled incoherent mess of events that should have been a good plot. There is an interesting premise but it drowns in detours, flashbacks and, worst of all, big after-the-fact reveals.

So, lot's of potential for a great story, but a big portion of it is wasted.

Anime is stupid, but that's actually what makes it quite pleasing. Had a lot of giggles and laughs
I had fun watching all of those 13 episodes. Recommended for fans of iseaki series.

Underrated gem.

Overarching detective storyline is very good with a solid ending. On par with the best live action police shows.

At first, Tilarna seemed a little too much alike to a human, but in the end it is a main point of the subplot - there are a big differences but also a lot of similarities meshing together in a cultural hot pot of a "gate city".

Desperately want more of this.

Underrated. Rivaling KonoSuba in the isekai trope subversion department. That's to be expected, since the same author wrote the source light novels.

This show very honest about itself. The first 2 minutes should tell everything you need to know. Yes, it's all gonna be like this. MC is a scummy and selfish but also brave and strong-willed person, an antipode of a typical wimpy anime protagonist. He never minces words, his ragtag "squad" follows suite.

Anime adapts up to chapter 27 of manga. Manga goes for 66 chapters and covers first 5 LN volumes. There are more if you want. Personally, gonna read them after finishing KonoSuba.

A must see no other way to say it

When I watched the first season, I really liked it, but starting this one, I forgot that it was like that. While watching it, I not only remembered how interesting is that anime... uncensored violence, intrigues, and beautifully drawn World and characters. It's not a masterpiece, but definitely a "mast see" in that season.

Not bad, but not very good either.

Both anime and manga would be a hit if only they used "misunderstanding" trope 60% less often and made Asahi to be less of stereotypical mindless drone of an MC.

Alas, they don't. At some point, love triangle between vampire, alien and an idiot stops being funny and starts looking rather pathetic. At least anime version finishes shortly after, manga just goes on and on, half of it is just the trio of morons beating around the bush.
