Eric Kramer enters his fourth season as a volunteer assistant coach with The University of Scranton women's volleyball team in 2021.

In his first three years with the Royals, Scranton qualified for the Landmark Conference playoffs in both 2018 and 2019, posting even 3-3 marks in conference play in both seasons. With Kramer on staff, Scranton has won 34 total matches, as well.
