Maddy Harding enters her first season as a Jumps coach for the Royals' Track & Field program in 2021-22. 

Harding capped a successful career at Lehigh University where she earned All-Patriot League Second Team honors in the Heptathlon in 2018 and registered four career Top-10 finishes at Patriot League Championship meets.
