Request for Proposals RFP #24/25-13 The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining sealed Proposals from qualified transportation service providers (Respondents) to provide 24-hour shuttle services for airline and tenant employees and passenger overflow parking operations at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). All sealed Proposals for RFP #24/25-13 Shuttle Services for Airport Employees & Passenger Overflow Parking Operations shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PDT], Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating government entities. Pursuant to NRS §332.065(4), the RTAA is prohibited from entering into a contract with an entity unless the contract includes a written certification that the entity is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel.
