- L'Ouvroir de bande dessinée potentielle (OuBaPo) a été fondé en novembre 1992 au sein de l'Ou-X-Po et à travers la maison d'édition L'Association. Ce comité crée des bandes dessinées sous contrainte artistique volontaire à la manière de l'Ouvroir de littérature potentielle (OuLiPo) créé en 1960 par Raymond Queneau et François Le Lionnais. Six OuPus ont été publiés parcourant les diverses recherches, auxquels s'ajoutent les œuvres individuelles de ses membres et sympathisants. OuBaPo is styled after the French literary movement Oulipo (Ouvroir de Littérature Potentielle), founded by Raymond Queneau and Georges Perec.
