  Don’t make my same mistake by happening upon this in the depths of Letterboxd and thinking that it looks interesting. It is awful.

  About a fourth way through the only way I could finish this was to pretend it was a comedy and hope it would shift genres into horror. I thought that the man photographing a dead pigeon on the streets of Paris within the film’s first five minutes was meant to be ironic, but this stunt tries to double in its own irony and I should have stopped there.

  Апофеоз гнуснейшей пошлятины про то, как Он и Она случайно встретились в Париже после 8 лет разлуки и снова кинулись в омут страсти с головой. Искусственные постельные диалоги с мудростями, отвратный монтаж под французскую новую волну и "красивый" ч/б как в рекламе "Версаче". Фильм начинается с того, как Марк Полиш глубокомысленно фотографирует мертвого голубя на тротуаре, а потом пытается втюхать это фото "Конденасту". Я думал, это ирония, но нет, этот самодовольный мудак слишком серьезно к себе относится.
  Не ожидал такой гадости от братьев, снявших когда-то симпатичный Northfork.

  This should've been an interesting romance drama but this is 88 minutes of absolutely nothing freaking happening and a romance that I only halfway enjoyed because of the lead guy. The film looks good, competently directed and it's short but it felt like an endurance test to get through. Also this is the worst performance you will see of Stana Katic (besides her first performance as Wonder Woman in the DC animated stuff), she's very boring and dull here despite being attractive but this just disappointed me in so many ways. Pass on this one especially if you like romance movies.
