My Post Code is PR4 1SH and receive all the Freeveiw for North England on Channes 49, 50, 54, 55, 58 and 59. However I can not get a from Channel 31, for BBC4HD plus others.

Is the intention to move these programmes into the North West channel grouping or am I going to have to get a broadband ?
