With a wealth of playing and coaching experience both collegiately and professionally on the international level, Lauren Plum was announced as the Vanderbilt volleyball program’s offensive coordinator in February 2023.

“My decision to become a collegiate coach was driven by the life-changing opportunities I was once afforded as a college athlete and a desire to pay it forward for future players,” Plum said. “My coaching philosophy centers on creating a positive, competitive environment where athletes can thrive knowing they have the freedom to take risks and move closer to reaching their full potential both on and off the court.”
