Stormont slammed for ‘half-hearted’ approach to ongoing homelessness crisis

MLA’s fury body set up to tackle problem has met fewer times since Executive restored than it did when institutions were down

A Stormont body set up to tackle homelessness met more often when the institutions were collapsed than it did last year when a minister was actually in place.

It has prompted one MLA to blast what he described as a “half-hearted approach” from the Executive in the midst of the housing crisis.
