On February 3, it will be a year since the NI Assembly was recalled. It will also mark the first year in which a non-unionist has been at the helm of the economy portfolio since the signing of the Belfast Agreement.

It is an appropriate time to assess the performance of Sinn Fein’s Conor Murphy — and particularly now that he will likely shortly leave the NI Assembly for Seanad Eireann.
