Description of banner:
It is a white - blue - white vertical triband with ratio 1:3:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top.

Description of coat of arms:
The shield is quarterly divided by a black cross. The 1st and 4th quarters show three lozenges ordered sinister bendy in a golden(=yellow) shield. The 2nd and 3rd quarters show a black anchor upward down superimposed by an arrow of the the same colour, all in a silver(=white) field.
Meaning:
According to source the black cross is symbolizing the archbishopric and electorate of K�ln, the lozenges are taken from the arms of the lords of Drolshagen, anchor and arrow are attributes of the local patron, Pope Clemens, a martyr.
