Meanwhile, the body is decomposing from the heat which forces Danny to use old-school processing techniques.

The absence of any defensive wounds is puzzling to Mac Taylor as the victim was a very strong, well-trained, and combat-hardened Marine. The second case involves a burnt body inside a car. Facial reconstruction reveals a shocking answer. The victim has a familiar face.

After a routine call leads two of the team into an explosion the CSI's face a race against time to find the bomber and the possibility of losing one of their own.
