The train is correctly marked as a B train as Deke and Fox chase it down the platform. When Deke prepares to kick out the window, the route sign directly above him is displaying an S.
During the opening sequence as DaSilva chases the mugger along the station platform, headlights of approaching trains from both directions can be seen. However, these disappear once DaSilva removes his coat belt to tackle the mugger.
at 35:50 as Wulfgar opens a case of grenades that he recently carried by the handle, the grenades on the right are situated at the top of the case (in frame) near the handle rather than at the bottom where they would have been due to gravity.
During the subway sequence, the storm door on the last car of the train has a large single pane of glass in some scenes and two smaller panes in other scenes.
During the subway train chase, Wulfgar discards his female hostage and the camera follows him towards the next carriage in which a standing couple can be seen ahead of him. This is the same couple he subsequently shoves aside in his next scene after firstly passing through a further carriage.
When the bus Wulfgar is driving begins to accelerate, it would be impossible because the doors are open.
When Fox is loading his rifle just before the confrontation at the bus, you can clearly see the crimped ends of the blank rounds he's loading.
When Deke is firing a revolver at the police target range, the paper target's holes face towards him as if a small explosion went off behind them (squibs). Also the wires that held and were used to detonate the squibs are seen hanging out of the holes. Real police bullets leave small holes in paper targets.
During the tram scene Wulfgar is holding a Mac-10 sub machine gun which fires from an open bolt. Throughout the scene the weapon is obviously not cocked and therefore cannot be fired.
Wulfgar kills the three British cops and Kenna in the stairwell. Somehow nobody hears the full clip of automatic rounds he discharges, and yet they all hear the woman scream.
When Deke and Matt are chasing Wulfgar through the subway cars, most of the people are standing. Yet there are plenty of seats available.
After the bus goes in the river you can see the driver/stuntman twice floating in the water after getting out.
DaSilva chases the thief to the 174th Street station in the Bronx, a Queens street sign is visible in the background.
When DaSilva and Fox are stalking Wulfgar in the disco, staring fixedly at him as they walk across the dance floor, pushing through the dancing people, is not good technique. They are very noticeable.
In one scene Pam says she flies Pan Am coast to coast. Pan American Airlines (Pan Am) only flew internationally from and to the U.S. To fly Pan Am between Coasts of the United States, one would have to leave the country at some point, land in a foreign country, and take another flight back.
When DaSilva and Fox are at the first Tram scene, they are wearing jumpsuits with Sergeant's stripes but wearing Detective's badges. Additionally, when DaSilva lands on the Tugboat, another person is in a jumpsuit with Sergeant's stripes but wearing a Police Officer's badge.
