The Marvel Cinematic Universe had plenty of characters back in the Infinity Saga -- just rewatch the portal scene from "Avengers: Endgame" for an instant reminder -- but things have ballooned to truly gargantuan proportions in the Multiverse Saga. The sheer number of independent sub-series and Disney+ shows has made it basically impossible to keep track of everyone, leaving many characters to fall through the cracks for years at a time.
Such has been the case with White Vision (Paul Bettany), the silvery, S.W.O.R.D.-made copy of the red synthezoid who appears toward the end of "WandaVision" and ... well, nowhere else, so far. In the comics, it's a bit easier to juggle dozens of characters at the same time, but Hollywood makes that incredibly difficult with massive budgets and restrictive shooting and production schedules.
For those reasons, more casual MCU fans may have forgotten about White Vision entirely.

A new image from The Fantastic Four: First Steps has been released, and it features two of the brave astronauts who will venture out into space before gaining their powers. In most iterations of the story, Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal) and Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) have been friends for a very long time. Their bond is what convinces Grimm to take on the dangerous mission that eventually turns him into The Thing. The new image from The Fantastic Four: First Steps shows the characters before the trip that changes their lives forever. Nothing will ever be the same for Marvel's first family.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps will also feature Vanessa Kirbyas Sue Storm and Joseph Quinnas the character's brother, Johnny. Kirby has displayed her incredible acting skills on The Crown and the Mission: Impossible franchise. Joseph Quinn's popularity grew when he starred as Eddy Munson in the fourth season of Stranger Things.

Hollywood is often portrayed as a hedonistic playground for libertines and opportunists, and, well, it is. But you don't have to be a lousy human being to succeed in the entertainment business. Some people actually become rich and famous because they're talented, diligent, and kind to their collaborators. Though the long, sometimes grueling hours that go into shooting a movie or television show can make it hard to be a present partner and parent, plenty of people manage to strike a work-life balance that doesn't end in divorce and kids in rehab by the age of 13.
The problem with achieving fame in entertainment is that you become grist for the gossip industry, which means people can make money off your every slip-up. Divorces turn into headline-generating scandals even when they're amicable. An innocuous traffic stop gets examined under a microscope for evidence of substance abuse or mental health issues. Get...

If you watched all nine episodes of Agatha All Along, it's very likely that at least one version of the "Ballad of the Witches' Road" got stuck in your head. The lyrics "maiden, mother, crone" references the Triple Goddess, a figure in various Pagan belief systems and ties into the bigger journey Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) takes across the nine episodes of the Disney+ series. While on Mythical Kitchen's "Last Meal" Hahn talked not only about wanting to see Agatha rematch against Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) but also about the journey Agatha took. When asked if Hahn sees herself on a parallel path with Agatha, Hahn simply replies "I am Agatha." She says "she's [Agatha] like one of the parts I've felt the most kindred spirit with."
"You know they call Hecate this Greek creature that contains the maiden, mother, crone," Hahn explains. "And it's like three stages of some women's lives,...

Despite extremely poor box office returns, Aaron Taylor-Johnson’s latest superhero movie has become a major hit on streaming. Taylor-Johnson stars alongside Russell Crowe and Christopher Abbott in Kraven the Hunter, the 2024 Sony Marvel film that debuted in December and grossed only $61 million at the global box office against a $110 million budget, making it one of the biggest flops of the year. However, the film recently premiered on Netflix more than two weeks ago, and not only did it quickly become one of the more popular movies on the platform, but it has weathered the storm of new arrivals to hold down its spot. Kraven the Hunter earned a “rotten” 15% score from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, and general audiences reviewed the film at 73%.
Richard Wenk, Art Marcum, and Matt Holloway all contributed to the script for Kraven the Hunter, and J.C. Chandor directed the film. Chandor made his directorial debut 15 years ago on Margin Call,...

We might need to take classes from Marvel Studios on how to break the Internet with an announcement. And now that Marvel has finally announced its star cast, let’s just say that we aren’t disappointed. It was a very big day for fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and also potentially a bit of a boring one for those who decided to watch all five-plus hours of a livestream that boiled down to slowly revealing names of actors on chairs. Be that as it may, the livestream in question revealed the massive cast of next year's "Avengers: Doomsday." Directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, of "Infinity War" and "Endgame" fame, this movie promises to be a big, multiversal affair.
The cast includes actors from just about every era of Marvel on the big screen, even before the MCU was even a thing. That includes many of the "X-Men" stars of old. With a cast this huge, it makes it all the more intriguing to examine the actors who weren't part of the announcement. Despite the fact that Marvel revealed a list of nearly 30 names,...

Spider-Man Actresses Playing Tennis(Photo Credit –Facebook/Instagram)
Hollywood casting has a way of weaving together unexpected connections. But here’s a fun one—every actress who’s played Spider-Man’s love interest has ended up on a tennis court, at least on screen. Call it a coincidence or just a weird industry pattern, but Kirsten Dunst, Emma Stone, and Zendaya have all taken a swing at playing tennis players in films.
Kirsten Dunst was the foremost to stroll onto the tennis court. After playing Mary Jane Watson in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy, she starred in Wimbledon (2004). The actress played Lizzie Bradbury. She is a rising tennis star, who falls for a struggling pro (played by Paul Bettany). It wasn’t just a casual sports flick—Dunst actually trained to make her moves look legit.
In 2017, Emma Stone played tennis icon Billie Jean King in Battle of the Sexes.

The last we saw Elizabeth Olsen play Wanda was in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and say what you will of the film, she absolutely killed her part. Seeing one of the most powerful superheroes turn “evil” just so she could have a shot at having a family was both terrifying and heartbreaking at the same time. And now, we are just waiting for Marvel Studios to bring our girl back because let’s be real, if there’s anyone who deserves a happy ending, it’s her.

In October 2022, it was announced that Vision Quest was in development, with Jac Schaeffer serving as head writer and executive producer. By May 2023, Eileen Shim had joined the series as a writer as well.
However, Schaeffer shifted her focus to Agatha All Along, and now Vision Quest is being led by Terry Matalas. With Matalas at the helm, this marks Marvel’s first new live-action TV series in nearly two years, signaling a shift in their approach to TV production on Disney+.
Previously, Marvel followed a movie-style model with directors and creative leaders in charge, but starting in 2022, they switched to a more traditional TV model, with longer development timelines and writer-producers as showrunners.
There have been some major updates recently. Paul Bettany revealed that he is preparing for his role as White Vision by watching Agatha All Along, hinting that the two shows are connected. Which would make sense...

With three Emmy nominations under her belt — one of which even came thanks to her performance in WandaVision — Kathryn Hahn is one of the most accomplished stars in the MCU. Hahn first debuted as Agatha Harkness in the aforementioned Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany-led Disney+ series, and her character was such a hit that it led to a spin-off of her own, Agatha All Along, which premiered on Disney+ last year. Agatha All Along earned scores of 84% from critics and 83% from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, but it wasn’t enough to secure Hahn’s future in the MCU. During a recent interview with THR at SXSW, Hahn was asked if Agatha would have a role in either Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars, and her answer is disappointing for fans eagerly awaiting her return:...

WandaVisionis arguably the best MCU TV series on Disney+. The show connects the superhero genre with sitcoms to create the ultimate grieving metaphor. It also uses characters people already know and love from the Marvel Cinematic Universe and sets others up for new and exciting projects, such as Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Agatha All Along. As Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) accesses her full powers, she creates the fictional town of Westview to live an idyllic sitcom life with her late lover, Vision (Paul Bettany).
WandaVision makes the audience laugh, cry, and follow Wanda's pain throughout a perfectly balanced series that shows what the MCU could become if they delved deeper into the psyche of their characters. With the fantastic portrayals of Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, it became one of the most exciting superhero shows in recent years. While people already know that Wanda apparently died in...

In the "Star Trek: Picard" episode "Watcher", Picard (Patrick Stewart) travels back to the year 2024 to investigate a strange case of futuristic causality. His investigation took him to a bar in Los Angeles located at 10 Forward Ave., a bar that was overseen by a younger version of Picard's old friend Guinan (Ito Aghayere). The timeline is a little screwy in "Picard," as Trekkies already knew that Guinan (based on a real person) already looked like Whoopi Goldberg in the year 1893. But whatever. Mere details. This is an alternate version of Guinan.

Marvel Studios spends each year entertaining its core audience through various cinematic releases on the big screen and streaming specials on the small screen. It's a common practice for the Marvel Cinematic Universe now and it showcases just how much the franchise's reach has grown over the past few years. That success on the silver screen has been a fixture of the entertainment industry since 2008 but the franchise's full-scale journey into television only began in 2021. And it all started with WandaVision.

It looks like one of Disney+/Marvel's bigger TV shows may get a follow-up after all!
The MCU has had its ups and downs as of late. Captain America: Brave New World may have had a great opening weekend but poor reviews and word of mouth may hold it back. At least in television, the MCU is going strong.
That included Agatha All Along, which was not only a hit with viewers but critical raves, too. It was a follow-up to WandaVision, the first Disney+ Marvel show, and a showcase for the scene-stealing witch Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn.
The series followed Agatha regaining her memories and going a journey for power alongside a pack of witches and a mysterious man named Teen (Joe Locke). From there, fans were treated to a series of music, twists and amazing set pieces.
The show seemed to be a one-and-done limited series.

Priest 2: Faithless Dawn Movie Demand Hits New Heights After Tom Hardy Sequel Fan Trailer Goes Viral

The 2011 vampire hunter film Priest failed to sink its teeth into the box office but that hasn’t stopped fan interest in another go with Priest 2: Faithless Dawn.
Paul Bettany led the cast of Priest, a movie in which the man behind Marvel’s Vision starred as a man of the cloth who wasn’t afraid to bust a few vampiric heads when his niece (played by Lily Collins) is kidnapped by a pack of bloodthirsty dracs.
It might be slightly surprising that there is any demand at all for another Priest film. The first movie, which lurked into theaters on May 13, 2011, a mere two weeks after the MCU’s Thor, certainly didn’t light the world on fire.

Wilson first picked up the shield in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but this is his first outing as Captain America on the big screen.
The film is directed by Julius Onah and written by the teams of Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson, and Onah and Peter Glanz. The cast includes Danny Ramirez as the new Falcon, Shira Haas, Carl Lumbly, Xosha Roquemore, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Giancarlo Esposito, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford as President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross (taking over the role from the late William Hurt), who makes a much-anticipated transformation into Red Hulk in the film — a decision that didn’t sit well with MCU filmmaker Joe Russo.

The HBO series The Franchise gave a satirical behind-the-scenes look at the making of a film that was part of a larger superhero franchise, like the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the DC film universes. Ruaridh Mollica had a recurring role on the show, playing a character named Jaz Cox. HBO ended up cancelling The Franchise after just one season – and now, Mollica is moving on from a project that poked fun at superhero franchises to joining a superhero franchise. Deadline reports that Mollica will be entering the MCU with a role in Marvel’s Disney+ series that is either called Vision or Vision Quest.
Deadline’s sources told them that Mollica will be playing a character named Tucker, but some MCU fans aren’t buying it. The speculation going around is that Mollica will actually be playing an older version of Tommy Maximoff, one of the twin sons Wanda Maximoff...

Tom Hanks is arguably one of the most beloved actors of all time and his 1994's Forrest Gump is one of his most popular films. The movie has continued its popularity long after its premiere but replicating the formula of the six-time Oscar-winning film didn't work.
In 2024, Hanks reunited with his Forrest Gump co-star Robin Wright, and director Robert Zemeckis for Here. The new drama Here had a series of Forrest Gump connections, but, unlike their first team-up, received mixed reviews after little promotion, failing to impress both critically and commercially. Luckily, the film has experienced new success on Netflix, as Reelgood singled out Here as the ninth most popular film between the week of Jan. 30 and Feb. 5 across all streaming platforms.

On Reddit, some fans speculated that Tucker might actually be one of Vision’s children. More specifically, some believe that he might be his son Tommy, who he shares with the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen).

The Vision series has added another intriguing member to its expanding cast. A report from Deadlineannounced that Ruaridh Mollica has joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a recurring role in the Disney+ show. Ironically, the actor most recently appeared in the HBO original series The Franchise, which parodies the chaotic productions of giant superhero blockbusters. The Vision series will serve as the second spinoff to WandaVision, taking place after the events of the final episode, which saw the newly resurrected Vision fly off and leave Westview.
The report from the news outlet also states that Mollica will play a character named Tucker. Like most MCU projects currently in development, details about "Tucker" are being kept under wraps. Paul Bettany will reprise his role as Vision on his journey to regain his humanity, and the cast is rounded out with some familiar faces (and voices), with James Spader returning to voice...

Jac Schaeffer was originally going to take charge of Vision (which may or may not still be called Vision Quest) but moved on from the series to focus on Agatha All Along.
Vision is still expected to form part of the WandaVision "trilogy," though it feels like these shows are all building to the long-rumoured Scarlet Witch movie. If so, we'd bet on that adapting elements from Avengers: The Children's Crusade, as Wanda, Vision, Billy, and Tommy finally reunite.
Nexus Point News has spotted an update to cinematographer Christopher Ross' online résumé in which he lists Vision Quest as one of his upcoming projects. Interestingly, he also names the show's directors.
Showrunner Terry Matalas (Star Trek: Picard) will be part of the team stepping behind the camera, as will his 12 Monkeys collaborator, Christopher J. Byrne (American Gods).

Disney+ is moving forward with its upcoming series Vision Quest, and some surprising names are attached. The show will bring back the Marvel android, but that’s not the only thing getting attention. The people behind the camera are just as interesting as what’s happening on screen.
Three directors will take charge of the series, each bringing their own touch. Terry Matalas, known for his work on Star Trek: Picard, will not only serve as showrunner but also direct. Alongside him, Christopher J. Byrne and Vincenzo Natali are set to helm episodes.
These two have been involved in major projects before, with Byrne having worked extensively in the Star Trek universe and Natali known for directing the sci-fi horror film Cube.

Marvel Studios' planned Vision series has added another new cast member, and there's already speculation that the Marvel Cinematic Universe may have found its Tommy Maximoff, aka Speed.
Deadline reports that The Franchise and Too Rough actor Ruaridh Mollica has joined the WandaVision spin-off as a character named "Tucker."
Though this Tucker might well be a completely different character, previous rumors have suggested that the Vision series will introduce Billy Maximoff's (Joe Locke) brother, who the newly powered-up Wiccan set off to locate alongside "Ghost Agatha" in the season finale of Agatha All Along.
At 25, Mollica is a little older than Locke (21), but he could convincingly play a teenager.
The untitled Vision project - which may or may not end up being called Vision Quest - has been described as "the third part of a trilogy that started with WandaVision and continues in Agatha All Along."

Here, an ambitious and centuries-spanning film, reunited Forrest Gump stars Tom Hanks and Robin Wright and director Robert Zemeckis. While that certainly sounds promising given the trio's previous Academy Award-winning film, and the drama's interesting premise (more on that later), Here tanked at the box office and failed to impress critics. The movie, however, has found new life on Netflix, sitting in the streamer's U.S. Top 10 charts since its debut. Here landed in theaters on Nov. 1 before making its way to the streaming platform on January 30, where it now holds the number nine spot. It debuted at the number 2 spot, which is its streaming peak.
The drama's sudden popularity is vastly different from its theatrical run: it grossed just $15.7 million worldwide against a $50 million production budget. Critically speaking, Here also didn't garner much acclaim, as the film currently holds a 37% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

No one is ever truly gone in the world of comic books. Through various supernatural ways that be can used in specific lores to revive dearly departed characters to the endless possibilities of the multiverse that can bring in alternate versions of those characters from another world, the comic book medium has defied the natural order of things time and time again.
Remember how Arrow revived Sara Lance using the Lazarus Pit? What about how it brought in the Earth-2 version of her sister, the Black Canary, after senselessly killing off the Earth-1 version? That's just one example of that, and the Arrowverse franchise as a whole was arguably ahead of its time considering the multiverse is everywhere nowadays - largely due to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's take on the phenomenon.

Iron Man’s legacy in the MCU has largely rested on Spider-Man. With Peter Parker finally embarking on his own adventures, there are a few key characters that exist as a legacy of Tony Stark, barring Peter – Morgan and Pepper.
Ty Simpkins’ Harley Keener In Avengers: Endgame || Marvel Studios
Rhodey has had an odd arc in the MCU, having been replaced by a Skrull at some point. The fact that he was in a hospital gown, suggests that he might have been swapped out as far back as Civil War, which means he probably does not know that Tony is dead, and has had a child with Pepper.
Riri Williams, or Ironheart made her debut in Wakanda Forever, being the closest thing that the MCU has to an active Iron Man as of now. However, there is one character that has yet to receive a story, and that is Ty Simpkin’s Harley Keener.

It goes without saying that Agatha All Along was one of the biggest hits of 2024. In case it does need saying, however, the Marvel Television series generated more buzz than the vast majority of the Marvel Cinematic Universe shows in recent years, had the world captivated during spooky season, and it was also the third-most-watched show on the Disney Plus streaming service of the year, amassing 2.2 billion minutes in viewing time.
Although it was designed as a miniseries, Marvel and Disney were so happy with it that there were reportedly talks of a second season. This theory is also supported by the fact that Marvel submitted the series to the comedy or musical categories during the awards season instead the Limited Series categories, implying that there could be more stories for Agatha Harkness in the near-future.

The iconic Marvel Cinematic Universe has experienced more ups and downs in recent years than ever before. A large part of the ups revlves around the inclusion of MCU TV series made exclusively for Disney Plus, but those shows are also part of the reason for the downs, too. The truth is that, ever since Marvel Studios launched the Multiverse Saga, fans have been critical of the franchise's overexposure, with many feeling that the increase in quantity of titles has resulted in a decrease in quality.
And yet, the TV side of the MCU continued to produce gems, showcasing that the cinematic titan was capable of telling stories on the small screen too. Some of the most powerful films ever made have been inspired by real-life events, bringing true stories to the big screen in unforgettable ways. Whether they are trying to capture moments of triumph or tragedy, well-made movies based on a true story more often than not grip audiences, spark conversation, and have an everlasting impact.
While they may not always be the most historically accurate movies, these titles have a way of making real-life feel more vivid with their masterful storytelling, emotional depth, and cinematic brilliance. What ultimately makes a movie based on a true story great is it can properly capture the emotions behind the stories. Whether it’s the haunting journey depicted in 12 Years a Slave or the riveting rise-and-fall narrative of Goodfellas, some of them continue to be hailed as the best movies of all time, securing their place as timeless gems in the world of cinema.

Christopher Nolan changed the superhero movie landscape when The Dark Knight was released in 2008. While Batman Begins was a major hit, and introduced the world to Christian Bale's Bruce Wayne, The Dark Knight gave fans the new benchmark for a villainous performance in Heath Ledger's The Joker. Since the film's release, many actors have come forward about nearly playing the iconic DC Comics villain, including Paul Bettany, Willem Dafoe, Sam Rockwell, and even the late Robin Williams. The Pianist and The Brutalist star, Adrien Brody, revealed he was also considered for the role, and the actor recently opened up about losing out to Heath Ledger.
"I wasn't close," Brody joked during an interview with Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, to promote his new movie, The Brutalist. Brody described the Joker as "a role I felt very suited to do." Adrien Brody didn't reveal exactly how...

There are many forgotten characters from the McU's past that fans are desperate to see return to the big (or small) screen. That list includes surprisingly popular characters, like W'Kabi (Daniel Kaluuya), Karl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), and Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell). One such name is returning for the upcoming Vision Quest Disney+ series. However, we'll forgive you for not immediately remembering who they are.
Per Deadline, Faran Tahir will reprize his long forgotten MCU role in Vision Quest. Tahir actually played the McU's first on-screen villain (providing you don't count The Incredible Hulk as cannon) in Iron Man, way back in 2008. Faran Tahir played Raza, the leader of the Ten Rings terrorist organization who kidnapped Tony Stark. If anything, Raza is responsible for the entire MCU, as him holding Stark hostage caused the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist to build his first prototype "in a cave... with a box of scraps.

Actor Faran Tahir is set to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the upcoming Disney+ series ‘Vision Quest,’ a spinoff from WandaVision. Tahir will reprise his role as Raza, the leader of the Ten Rings terrorist organization, a character he first played in 2008’s Iron Man. This marks Tahir’s first MCU appearance in nearly two decades, making his return a noteworthy moment for fans of the franchise.
Raza’s story was last seen in Iron Man, where he orchestrated Tony Stark’s kidnapping to force the creation of a Jericho missile. Although the character appeared to meet his end in the film, the MCU has shown time and again that death isn’t always permanent.
The series will follow Vision, played by Paul Bettany, as he attempts to regain his memories and redefine his purpose after the events of Avengers: Infinity War and WandaVision.
In addition to Bettany and Tahir,...
