Rob Decina

In December of 2018 Rob Decina was named VP, Casting in NY for CBS Television Studios. He has contributed to the casting of many shows across several networks and streaming platforms. Previous television credits include casting the Netflix dark comedy, Insatiable as well as all three seasons of, Shade of Blue for NBC. He was the NY Casting Director for the 2017 & 2018 pilot seasons for the CW Network working on the reboots of, Charmed & Dynasty as well as several other pilots. He had the pleasure of working on the feature film, The Comedian directed by Taylor Hackford and starring Robert DeNiro. As well as the Tom Hanks film, Greyhound. The most recent indie film he cast, Materna, was accepted into the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival. He holds an MFA in Theatre from Sarah Lawrence College, a BA in Literature and Communications from Pace University and completed the Juilliard School of Drama Directing Internship program. His book, The Art of Auditioning: Techniques for Television, is well respected in the industry and had its second edition published in 2022.
