As Actor/ Producer, Director Miguele was responsible for the development of children's programming which included budgeting and reporting on all financial requirements and the coordination of each program concern. Other duties entail the direct development of ideas, which be educational entertaining and avail as a valid contribution to the growth and enhancement of children as well as adults. Miguele was responsible for the staffing of personnel legalities and research imminent to the completion of each program. He also has extensive experience in the development and creation of various children's' and adults programs and activities, which contribute to the language acquisition of standard oral English has and comprehensive understanding and exposure of great literary works. Miguele's major accomplishment was the creation of the language development program, which served 800 students in the application of skills such as articulation vocabulary, syntax and comprehensive understanding of standard literature. Miguele has had extensive experience in television and motion picture production as Technical Director and Assistant Director and Editor on major television and motion picture projects. His experience in the Motion Picture Industry have included works from Universal Pictures Burbank Studios, MGM Studios (King Kong, White Buffalo), Embassy Television (One day at a Time, Different Strokes, Silver Spoon) Metro Media Square , and 20th Century Fox (Charlie's Angels).Fraser, Murphy Brown, Cheers, Seinfeld, Paramount , Studios Holding a position as an Administrator for Financial Acceptance Corp.Miguele was responsible for planning and budgeting financial statements which included the organization of accounts and billing. Miguele w as also the Director of Language Development of LAUSD's Yorkdale Elementary. He was responsible for the organization of the language development department which included the stabilization of new techniques in cataloger operation and organization n of library books and resource materials. He introduced the use of compute r input programs which increased department efficiency by 35°/o. Further accomplishments include the creation of The Children's Theatre which concentrated on complexity of expression and cultural exposure to contemporary and historical literature. From here Miguele became Director of Children's Activities. This program provided activities for the capacity of 80 to 100 children per day .He was also responsible for the financial operation of the program and reporting. Other duties included the coordination and supervision of 16 employees addressed the implication of activities which encompassed the instruction of fine arts, sports completion , dance and the application of contemporary and classical theater. Community participation increased by 80%. With an extensive experience in Performing and Television Production Miguele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts from the University of Detroit in drama, music and children s literature. He is also a University Southern California (USC) Graduate. Miguele is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Children's Theatre Playhouse.
