MIA BIBLE is a neurodivergent Award-winning Actor and Screenwriter from Olivette, MO. Her professional acting career began in theatre in 2011 and spans film and commercial media, with portrayals of historical figures including Maya Angelou in HONORABLE (Best Ensemble Cast Winner) and Annie Malone in "Celebrating the Power of Dreams: The Annie Malone Story." Her commercial work includes household names like Dieterich Bank (2024 Gold Telly Award-winner), Joyce Meyers Ministries, and Philips Healthcare.
Mia has crafted four short screenplays as a screenwriter and naturally evolved into producing three after being selected for the highly regarded Continuity Media Production program. Her most notable film to date is HONORABLE, a fictional short about the redemption of Malcolm X Shabazz and Muhammad Ali's brotherhood, which earned a Best Narrative Short nomination and garnered her first Producing award, winning Best Short Film in 2024. Bible's production experience extends to several projects: the 2024 documentary 'Ten Years Later: Talking While Black' about the 10th anniversary of Mike Brown's death and The Ferguson Uprising. She has worked as a PA for network shows like Player 54: Chasing the XFL Dream on ESPN+ and Hulu; and Built To Last on the CW.
Inspired by nuance and religion, she uses her artistry & joy to further liberation. Her initiatives The Reel Bible and The Industry Bible have worked to increase visibility for Black actors and create equitable opportunities for Black production crews in St. Louis. As acting remains her first love, she's dedicated to joining the ranks of its greatest performers, pursuing distinction as a vessel of light and salt. In between takes, Mia is a thrill-seeker who loves to keep her feet off the ground.
