The world premiere of Clint Eastwood’s Juror #2 will close the 38th edition of AFI Fest on Oct. 27 at the Tcl Chinese Theatre. Warner Bros. has also set a limited theatrical release of the movie for Nov. 1.

The premiere of Juror #2 continues a long relationship between Eastwood and AFI as the filmmaker has launched the world premieres of American Sniper (ultimately his highest grossing movie as a filmmaker at $547.7M), J. Edgar and Richard Jewell at AFI Fest.

Juror No. 2 follows family man Justin Kemp who, while serving as a juror in a high-profile murder trial, finds himself struggling with a serious moral dilemma…one he could use to sway the jury verdict and potentially convict – or free – the accused killer. The studio is seeking three males between the ages of 18-25 years old for the lead roles in a new Paramount Vantage feature film directed by David Chase, shooting Fall 2010. Previous acting experience is welcome, but not required. Musical experience is a plus.

David Chase, the creator and producer of the multi-Emmy and Golden Globe winning critically acclaimed series The Sopranos, will make his feature film directing debut for Paramount Vantage with this music-driven coming of age story set in 1960's suburbia.
