Ryan Gosling's most frequent co-star isn't Emma Stone. It's Los Angeles.
Over the past 10 years, Gosling has starred in seven movies where Los Angeles not only serves as the setting, but as a character. And he's the first to admit that the sunny, messy, dynamic sprawl is one of the keys to his storytelling.
"'L.A. worships everything and values nothing.' That was something my lady said to me one day, and I thought it was so funny I asked her if I could put it in the movie," Gosling told Et's Denny Directo during the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where he was promoting 2016's La La Land. (The lady in question, of course, is Gosling's longtime partner Eva Mendes, although this being L.A., we do love the noirish connotations of him not identifying her by name.) "She was kidding, but it's a funny thing to say... I loved when...

Ajay Devgn’s next directorial venture produced by Eros International and Ajay himself is the hugely ambitious magnum opus Shivaay, which is all set to release in January 2016.
Devgn wanted to keep his leading lady under wraps, and not reveal her identity until later, and despite valiant efforts from the production to keep her hidden, the snapparazzi and shutterbugs around the set managed to click the fresh debutante heroine while she was doing a photoshoot for the movie!!!
Ladies and Gentlmen meet Sayesha
The lady in question is none other than the grand-niece of Saira Banu and legendary actor Dilip Kumar, and is the daughter of actress Shaheen (leading actress of the 90’s). Yes you read it right, Sayesha has been cast as the leading lady opposite Ajay Devgn in his upcoming directorial venture Shivaay which will also see Devgn don the leading actors cap along with being the Director and Producer.

Make room, Claire Beauchamp: Another modern-day lass will find herself transported back to 18th-century Scotland during this week’s episode of Outlander. That lass? She’s none other than Diana Gabaldon, whose eight-part book series serves as the basis for Starz’s new drama.
Gabaldon, who will make a cameo as Iona MacTavish in an episode called “The Gathering,” filmed her scene back in February. She also chronicled the experience in a two-part post on her website. And, yes, she does have a speaking role.

Fans of the hugely popular Outlander book series should keep their eyes peeled for author Diana Gabaldon when the much-anticipated adaptation bows on Starz later this year: She’ll make a cameo!
The Arizona-based author was in Scotland last week filming the episode. She wrote at length about her appearance on her Facebook page. “Now, originally, they’d asked if I’d like to be an extra, and I said sure, that might be fun, and the fans could play ‘Where’s Waldo?’ when the show is released. But some weeks later, they … the production team … emailed me to say...

Wives of B-Town heroes are known for their list of do's and don'ts when it comes to on-screen act of their hubbies. For a good period of time, Emraan Hashmi refrained from kissing on screen soon after getting married. Imran Khan doesn't indulge in any on-screen act either that would put his wife in a spot.
On the other hand, there are some out there who have stayed on to be 'bindaas' in accordance to the demand of their character, case in point being Hrithik Roshan. Last year even Shah Rukh Khan broke his 'no kissing' rule with Jab Tak Hai Jaan when he indulged in a lip-lock (so what if it was just a peck) with Katrina Kaif.
Now in Grand Masti, even though Vivek Oberoi is indulging in some heavy duty double entendres, visible sexual connotations and below the belt innuendos, he appears to be at peace with his wife Priyanka.

Shahid Kapoor surely has a lot of female fans who are absolutely crazy about him but this one female fan (or should we say stalker) has irked Shahid no end. The lady in question is the daughter of a late Bollywood actor and has been stalking and harassing Shahid for almost few months now. She even deliberately shifted her residence close to Shahid's Versova home so that she could keep an eye on every move of his. She has been even claiming that she is Shahid's soul-mate and wife and has become a nuisance for the actor. While Shahid tried to ignore her crazy obsessive behaviour initially, it now seems that he has had enough. As per reports, an irked Shahid has filed a complaint with the Versova police station against the lady for harassing him time and again. It remains to be seen if this move will tame the stalker.

On its way to Italy the title of this little known 1952 film about an American reporter in Paris got changed from Assignment - Paris to Destination Budapest. Perhaps, in the midst of the cold war, Budapest was more alluring and dangerous than Paris, which certainly suits the typically dramatic artwork of the great Anselmo Ballester (1897-1974). What Leonard Maltin describes as a “fitfully entertaining drama of reporter Dana Andrews trying to link together threads of plot between Communist countries against the West” looks, in Ballester’s hands, like the most torrid of noirs. As in his great poster for Affair in Trinidad, Ballester renders his male lead in monochrome, all the better to highlight his leading lady, here resplendent in a tight yellow sweater and a shimmering green skirt (who ever painted the folds of women’s clothes more transcendently than Ballester?).

Rita Hayworth, Gilda Rita Hayworth is Turner Classic Movies' Star of the Evening. TCM will be presenting the quintessential Hayworth in Gilda at 5 p.m. Pt. That'll be followed by the quintessential anti-Hayworth in The Lady from Shanghai, plus Fire Down Below, The Happy Thieves, The Lady in Question, and Affair in Trinidad. If you haven't watched Gilda (1946), you must. Charles Vidor's dark melodrama oozes romance, lust, desire, intrigue — and Nazis, too. All that set in a Hollywood-made Buenos Aires, where Hayworth's Gilda is married to George Macready's forbidding casino boss, but loves the youthful Glenn Ford's Johnny, who loves Gilda and has a deep, huh, respect for her husband, who, for his part, also happens to be, huh, deeply attached to Ford. As a son. Hayworth moves her body beautifully while singing "Put the Blame on Mame" and "Amado Mio," but the voice coming out of...

It's almost getting ridiculous how much Ryan Gosling love there is pumping through the hearts and loins of ladies and men the world over thanks to his babely looks, sense of style, acting chops, ineffable coolness and oh yeah, practice of breaking up fights and now saving lives.
Our own modern-day hero (and real human being) apparently came to the rescue of a British journalist visiting New York, who went to cross the street without looking the right way and narrowly avoided being hit by a car thanks to Gosling's helping, no doubt manly, hand.
The lady in question, Laurie Penny took to Twitter last night to chirp the good news, telling her followers that she "literally Literally got saved from a car by Ryan Gosling. That actually just happened."...
