First thoughts that came to my mind when i read about the plot of the show i thought it's gonna be another procedural in which random numbers are given out and then there will be Martin(Kiefer Sutherland) doing pretty much the same what happens in "Person of Interest" but the first episode with its mythology and global storyline has proved me wrong.I guess this is one of the many times I've been wrong about something but believe me I was never so glad that i was proved wrong.I think with actor like Kiefer Sutherland and Danny Glover the show is bound to become one of the hits for fox.The kid is great too. The show just changed how i look at things like everything is connected. Tim Kring has got himself a winner.Well you know as they say "WELL BEGUN IS HALF DONE"
I tuned in because I am a fan of Kiefer, not just 24 but a lot of his work. I will admit I was worried it would be Jack back but with a gifted kid, and for the first 10 or 15 minutes it kinda looked as though it was going that way. However about 20 minutes in, it really started to pull me in and by the end I was completely hooked. This is a smart pilot the acting was great and the plot coming together as it did blew me away. If you watch one episode of one show, make it this one. I really enjoyed it and hope future episodes are just as good. I do worry though about sustainability give the background of the staff behind it (remember Heroes... Great first season then all the way down the tube). I will be tuning in to future episodes and I urge anyone out there too as well.

In a word: Finally! Something a bit higher, shall we say, and truly and interestingly thought provoking with an unusual orientation to the bigger picture. We are all the stuff of stars. If a fly sneezes in Australia, does it effect the color of sky in Brazil? Well, yes, to some perhaps miniscule or not so miniscule extent. We are all interconnected, more so than we will ever know, and this series seems to be setting out to explore this truth. Wow. I applaud this effort. Film, whether in movie form or, dare I say, TV, is the new art form. Art in the form of painting? Where is it? Gone, sadly. And there are some instances in movies or... yes, TV where art is actually evident. This show evidences this, if only in it's concept, or the concept or truth that it portrays. May we continue in this direction. Let us rise out of the mud, like the lotus.
The pilot for this tv show Is vey intrigating. I loved it!
