I found this show to be a kind of a bore and actually enjoyed the first episode . But episode 2 had so many switching back and forth with time zones , I just ended up getting frustrated. I knew that the lack of clarity and time problems would certainly make way for dream sequences, which I detest .i found the pacing too disjointed and frantic, not enticing
The show had a Ryan Murphy feel to it and the actors were engaging Lately , I am finding that films and books seem to be utilizing this switching time more frequently I know that many will find this show a winner but for me it is not a show worth sticking with.

I would think that a Reese Witherspoon rom con would be an engaging event but boy was I wrong. This disaster of a film was simply boring and sophomoric at best. Both Will and Reese were unlikable characters which was a letdown
The double booked wedding premise could have been fun if there were done characters to root for. Jack McBride of 3O Rock fame continues to play the same clueless character, Fortune Feimster is wasted in this mess, Leanne Morgan acts like she is doing a bit from her standup. Celia Weston rues hard to save this poorly directed fill. And the F bombs fill the film so much that they are just poorly executed redundancy.
Don't waste your time on this one.

I am a very big fan of Dr Oliver Sacks work and have been enamored of his work for years. This show plays tribute in a fictional account to the kind of neurological work that he did. Zachary Quinto does a fine job in giving us the essence of Sachs work in a character named Oliver Wolf , a very damaged yet brilliant doctor who fought his own demons but helped many patients in controversial but successful ways.
The supporting cast are effective, each one of them equally damaged misfits like Wolf. I found the flashbacks surrounding his mentally ill doctor father and his embarrassed doctor mother necessary and done artistically.
I originally stopped watching in the middle of the first episode but returned after the New Year. Now, I am binge watching . Love this show.
