Last week, I was in Lehi for meetings, and since nearby hotels were booked, I decided to be nostalgic and book a room at the Little America Hotel. Offermatica was acquired in September 2007, and from 2008 to 2014, our crew stayed at the Little or Grand America across the street for what was then called the Omniture Summit.  I have many fond memories of the Omniture Summit in Salt Lake City. It was the first of many conference presentations, fantastic concerts, networking, hanging out with my incredible colleagues and new friends from Touch Clarity and Omniture, the after parties, the after-after parties, and the infamous Ski Day! Those were amazing and special times, indeed.  #omniture #offermatica

The good old days of Omniture Summit. I remember going early and participating on the CABs for Offermatica (Target) and Demdex (aka Audience Manager). Still got my "I'm under NDA" t-shirt. Will be like my 15th Summit. Who remembers Flight of the Concords?

Some things have changed but it looks like the Little America appears the way I remembered it. I remember going to the investor day the year Flight of the Concords played and there were about 10 analysts in the room…. Later that same summit Brian Thaut - rest in peace - gave the funniest comedy routine that doubled as an Omniture demo about the customer journey of him going to a doctor. The tiny room was standing room only. It was one of the little tiny side rooms in the Grand America…. There were maybe 100 people packed into a room that sat 30.
