Work/Life Integration. I’ve learned that I’m my best me when I’m running hard toward the people I love & the industry I love. I’m on the road a lot and this week I brought my girl on her first work trip. She’s an expert traveler and was so excited to explore a new city with her mom. Thanks to the IMN team for inviting me to moderate a panel focused on driving NOI, featuring insights from Michael Krause, Olesya Epps & Sean Miller. 🎤Don’t overlook the small stuff - dial in on how your app fees, admin fees, pet fees, parking fees, rentable items, etc. compare to the market. 🎤Efficiency doesn’t have to sacrifice resident satisfaction. Making things more convenient (AI leasing tools, self-guided tours, on-demand maintenance, instant payment portals, smart home features, etc.) serve both the resident and the operator. Leaving Music City full of gratitude & sweet memories made with my best girl. My working-mom heart is bursting. 💖 Have you brought your kid(s) on a professional trip? Would love to hear about your experience or any recommendations you’re willing to share.

This is awesome! Hope you enjoyed your time in Nashville! Looks like you ended up at Little Words Project - such a great spot. Our girls love it!
This is so sweet. I bring my whole tribe whenever appropriate. Some of my favorite memories are the ones where there was work life harmony. What a blessed life, my friend!
As a new(er) working mom, I’m always so inspired by this kind of post and am so glad we have a generation of professionals (especially at RangeWater) that support family life. Working up the courage to bring my little one to work travel!
She is a cutie!
That’s wild, I used the same words (work life integration) with a picture I posted with Mike 3 years ago at IMN nash haha
I love everything about this ❤️
C has the best example with you as her mother 🩵 I love that you have this experience with her and hope there are more trips to follow! I’ve combined work travel and visits to new cities with Evan and we have made the best memories!
I do! I live in FL but fly to STL about once a quarter to run a meeting. I try take one of the kids with me to give them a taste of 'what mom does' every few trips.
