More About the Eagles’ Sphere Residency
The Eagles’ Sphere residency, which began in September 2024, now features a total of 44 shows. All of the band’s shows at the venue take place either on a Friday or a Saturday.
The group’s next residency concerts are scheduled for April 11 and 12. The four aforementioned September shows will be held on September 5, 6, 12, and 13.
The Eagles’ Sphere performances generally have featured 20 songs, most of which are the group’s biggest hits and best-loved tunes. The shows also have included classics from band members Don Henley’s and Joe Walsh’s solo catalog.
Each song is synced up with a unique video presentation that’s projected on the spherical theater’s many screens.
Upcoming Reissue of Henley’s Solo Album Inside Job
In other news, Henley recently announced plans to reissue his 2000 solo album Inside Job in commemoration of its 25th anniversary.
A newly remastered version of the album will be released on May 23. It will be available as a two-LP set pressed on 180-gram vinyl, on CD, and via digital formats.
Inside Job peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard 200. It featured the single “Taking You Home,” which topped the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart and reached No. 58 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Henley co-produced Inside Job with former Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers drummer Stan Lynch. Lynch also co-wrote most of the songs on the album, including “Taking You Home.”
