Dogs keen on getting a few snacks from a grandma carried out a begging pincer movement in a bid to get the family's "weakest link" to part with some treats.
In a viral video uploaded to TikTok by Helen Bewick, known as helenbewick online, on December 27, two dogs could be seen sitting close to a grandma who was holding several treats on her plate.
The two dogs carried out a begging pincer movement in an attempt to get at the tasty treats and had their eyes on the plate throughout the clip, which can be seen here.
"POV (point of view): The dogs have found the weakest link," a caption on the video said. "Nana is the snack giver."

But in the last seconds of the video, it was revealed that not only was the grandma fending off two dogs but a third could be spotted sneakily sitting behind her on the back of the sofa.
Newsweek has contacted helenbewick for comment via email.
Giving Dogs Treats
Dog owners should consider giving their pets healthy treats and factor in the breed and calories in the snack, according to the American Kennel Club (AKC).
"One cube (one cubic inch) of cheddar cheese contains about 69 calories. That is about 5 percent of an 80-pound German shepherd's daily intake," the AKC said. "If fed sparingly, this is not necessarily a problem, but what about your 5-pound Yorkshire terrier? What would a single cube of cheese do to him?
"If your 5-pound Yorkie needs one-half cup of Hills Active Longevity a day, that is only a total of 182 calories. Ten percent of their diet is 18 calories. That one cube of cheese is nearly four times the amount of recommended calories: about the same as eating a Big Mac for us."
Commenters' Reaction to Video
Since being uploaded to TikTok, the clip has attracted an estimated 399,700 views and more than 64,900 likes.
Newsweek found commenters shared their own experiences of family members caving to give pets food or admitted to being the "weakest link" themselves.
Rosie said: "My nan complains and we need to train them to stop the begging. Then she gives them food. Should I point out she is training them herself or do I just let my dogs think they're good girls?"
Jay added: "Classic pincer movement. Teamwork makes the dream work."
While Anakin's wig posted: "It's me, I'm the weakest link."
Leo followed the sentiment and commented: "I'm the weakest link and I am not ashamed."
