A CHARTERED building surveyor and tech entrepreneur from Anglesey will publish her debut book this week.
Anna Roberts, co-founder and CEO of digital self-storage marketplace SelfStorageBooker.com, will publish her book Home Buyer’s Essentials on March 2.
Comprising 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential property, Home Buyer’s Essentials is described as the ultimate all-you-need-to-know guide for buying a home in England and Wales.
Home Buyer's Essentials. (Image: Submitted) Ms Roberts came to realise that some 33 per cent of self-storage users are in the process of moving home — and spotted a gap in the market for a handbook to support buyers throughout that journey.
Featuring 50 tips for confident house buying, the book includes everything from understanding the purchase process, to arranging surveys and identifying potential issues.
On launching the book, Anna said: “A home is one of the biggest investments someone will ever make, both financially and personally — which is why it’s so important to be as informed as possible.

“The property market can be overwhelming with so much information out there from varying sources, so I was determined to publish a resource that’s both helpful and accessible.
“Just one tip from this book could save readers thousands and I’m proud to play even a small part in empowering them to navigate their home buying journey with confidence.”
The book is available to buy in paperback from Amazon on Sunday, 2 March, and will be published by GREDU.
And those who wish to meet Anna and preview the book ahead of publication can attend the Home Buyer’s Essentials launch event at M-SParc, Anglesey from 2pm on Friday, 28 February — free of charge, and open to all.
