Hansard (Debates)
The Hansard team captures what is said in Parliament. Their reports become part of Parliament’s official record and can be seen by anyone.

You can read the official record of Parliament's proceedings which are recorded in the Journals of the House.

Order Paper & Questions
When Parliament meets it follows the Order Paper which lists all business before the House. Usually the House only reaches the first few 'orders of the day' near the beginning of the list.

Papers presented
When Parliament meets, MPs are sometimes given documents to read for more information. These are known as the 'papers presented'. They can include a range of information such as reports, statements, budgets and regulations.

Petitions
Petitions ask Parliament to act on a matter of public policy or law, or to put right a local or private concern. It's a document assigned by at least one person.
