Richard and Judy's Judy Finnigan 'retires from TV'
Her daughter confirmed the news

Just over 43 years after first appearing on television screens, Judy Finnigan – of Richard and Judy fame – has reportedly retired.
Chloe Madeley, Finnigan’s daughter, told the Sun that her mother has decided to focus on her own “health and happiness” rather than career.
“My mum is done with TV and if she went back to it I don’t think it would make her happy,” Chloe told the publication. “She wants to concentrate on other things, such as her health and our family.”
Finnigan last appeared on TV as a pannalist on ITV’s Loose Women back in 2015. Meanwhile, husband Richard has continued to occupy our screens as a regular host on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, also having a regular Sunday show on Radio 2.
“My dad is still in the mix on TV. I love watching him do what he does best and I love listening to him,” Madeley, a fitness expert, added.
Richard and Judy have been household names ever since they co-hosted ITV’s This Morning in 1988, two years after they married. They moved to Channel 4 in 2001 for the teatime show Richard & Judy – a series that ended in 2008, when the duo moved to the digital channel Watch for a brief run of shows.
