Burford buys London Pavilion

A landmark feature of Piccadilly Circus changed hands yesterday when the London Pavilion, site of the Rock Circus and the Rock Island Diner, was sold to fast-growing leisure group Burford Holdings. Burfold has paid Scottish Widows pounds 13.2m for the property, to be added to the adjacent Trocadero which it acquired for pounds 94m in September last year.
