A 17-day-old girl was 'stable' last night after she was catapulted on to the roof of a lift in a multi- storey car park. Charlotte Morley was being pulled from the lift in Portsmouth, Hampshire, when the doors closed, the cage shut on her pram and the lift began to descend.
