FORGED currency with a face value of dollars 2m (pounds 1.3m) was recovered during a police raid on a house in Plaistow, east London. The seizure follows the discovery in April of a counterfeiting operation in Islington, north London. A man aged 61 is to appear at Bow Street magistrates' court today.
