A remand prisoner ran a family drugs network using a pay-phone in a police cell block, Leeds Crown Court was told. Craig Allen, 29, of Sheffield, spent pounds 20 a day on the telephone to control couriers distributing heroin, amphetamines and cannabis worth tens of thousands of pounds.
