Anurse who injured her back helping an elderly woman to a chair won pounds 205,000 damages in an out-of-court settlement from Hounslow and Spelthorne Health Authority. The award to Fiona Boag, 32, of Ickenham, Middlesex, was a record for a nurse's back injury.
