FRANK WARREN, the promoter, yesterday increased his offer to pounds 200,000 for Paul Hodkinson, who makes his second defence of his title in Toulouse against France's Fabrice Benichou tomorrow, to meet Colin McMillan in a 'unification' world featherweight title fight.
