IN YOUR Opinions column 'Does good breeding count?' (13 February) you repeat the claim that Prince Charles's sang-froid in Australia came from 'a thousand years of breeding'. Could it not be simply that he didn't realise at all what had happened. The images rather showed an ignorance of what was going on and even that something was going on. Good breeding or professional numbness?
