- The 2022-23 II liga (also known as eWinner II liga due to sponsorship reasons) is the 75th season of the third tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1948 and the 15th season of the Polish II liga under its current title. The league is operated by the Polish Football Association. The league is contested by 18 teams. The regular season is played in a round-robin tournament.
