- Ullrich Sierau (* 6. März 1956 in Halle (Saale)) ist ein ehemaliger deutscher Kommunalpolitiker der SPD. Er war von 2009 bis 2020 Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Dortmund. Nachdem er das Amt vom 21. Oktober 2009 bis zum 18. Januar 2010 bekleidet hatte, wurde er bei einer Wiederholung der Oberbürgermeisterwahl 2009 am 9. Mai 2010 erneut zum Stadtoberhaupt Dortmunds gewählt. Seine Amtszeit hätte regulär bis 2016 gedauert. Bei den Kommunalwahlen in Nordrhein-Westfalen 2014 trat Sierau erneut an und erreichte einen Stimmenanteil von 43,7 %. Bei der Stichwahl am 15.
