Mona Mekkawi is an Egyptian production designer and producer based in New York. She is known for her work on The Aftermath of the Inauguration of the Public Toilet at Kilometer 375 (2014), Marriage: Impossible (2018), and Oversight (2020).
Mona earned her bachelor's degree in Production and Costume Design from the Cairo Higher Institute of Cinema in 2014. In 2023, she completed her MFA in Design for Stage and Film at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
