Emotional rollercoaster

Cultures clash and Mac gets to present in front of an Islamic court at the mosque in Arlington. Two lovebirds are eventually united whilst Harriet goes into labour.

The Admiral is still driving a rental car following Danny Walden's dope excursion.

Some good acting, particularly the final moment of this episode.

This episode must have been inspired by the true story of U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Jason Johnson and Bahraini princess Meriam Al-Khalifa. They met at a shopping mall in 1999 when Johnson was stationed in Bahrain. They fell in love, and he smuggled her into the U.S. disguised and with forged documents. The JAG episode takes a different path after they are discovered, but many details in the episode follow real events. The true story also inspired the 2001 made-for-TV movie "The Princess & the Marine (2001)" starring Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Johnson and Marisol Nichols as Meriam.

Goofs
The reduction in rate of PO Eling to Seaman (SN) is incorrect. His rating was a Machinist's Mate. This is one of the engineering ratings. The correct reduction would be to Fireman (FN) which would be designated by three red stripes, not white. Also, he would probably have been allowed to be designated as a MM striker and he would have had the MM insignia, a ship's screw, above the three stripes of a FN.
