This episode marks the only time that the original Stewart family siblings of Alf, Morag, Celia, and Barbara appeared on-screen together in the same scene (for Alf's sixtieth birthday). Even though all were on the show at the same time, shortly after it started in 1988, a mix of three of the siblings were only ever seen together in the one scene, with one always being absent (usually Morag, who still lived in the city at that time). They have not appeared all together since aside from Alf's childhood flashback to his 5th birthday in
