Dubai Holding Investments, part of #DubaiHolding, signed an agreement with Tabreed to provide sustainable district cooling services for Palm Jebel Ali.    The AED 1.5 billion project will be executed in multiple phases with the first cooling services expected to be delivered by 2027. This partnership is in line with Dubai Holding’s long-term vision of developing sustainable communities and delivering future-ready urban environments.   The agreement was signed by Omar Karim, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Investments and Khalid Al Marzooqi, Chief Executive Officer of Tabreed, in the presence of senior officials from Dubai Holding, Tabreed, Mubadala and ENGIE.

Today, we signed a AED 6 billion agreement with RTA Dubai that will transform to enhance connectivity and accessibility across 15 of our key developments and master communities in Dubai. The partnership will boost mobility and support the city’s rapid urban expansion by advancing infrastructure work across several thriving developments, including Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Production City, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah and International City. This milestone reaffirms our commitment to building integrated, future-ready communities, while creating a more connected and sustainable city, improving everyday convenience and quality of life for residents. In the presence of HH Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding and His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, the agreement was signed by HE Mattar Al Tayer, Director-General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of RTA, and Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding. #ForTheGoodofTomorrow
