Comedy? Yes…
Club activities? A few? ...?
Ecchi? Yes! With (censored, except very little in specials) nudity.
Basically a series about how people cope with relationships, being orphans while operating a cake shop with friends/sidekicks and a new mysterious "cat-human" being intergraded into their lives… on a very tame level of drama for the first 3 episodes. Then we move on to the eccentric Umenomori Chise really wanting to do stuff to/with the cast and the cake shop. It is not a series about helping others through club activities. It is an ecchi harem, without much focus on the male protagonist, and with rather cliché situations.
Overall if you don’t find the comedy funny, along with many nyaas, and if you don’t like a mega tsundere "crying wolf" character then it might get annoying fast, and it stays that way all throughout the series with a small resolution for one character at the end.
