Hattori Junko is a student at Constan Magical Academy and a disciple of Suhara, a samurai-like order of warriors charged to protect the Empire. She meets Akuto on the train to the school, and makes a pact with him to make the world a better place. She feels betrayed when his destiny as a Demon Lord is revealed after their arrival at the school, and at first believes the world would be a better place if he were destroyed, and frequently misinterprets his attempts at kindness and good deeds as being evil. However, she develops strong romantic feelings for Sai Akuto in spite of herself.
