T's Factory is a voice actor talent agency located in Chuo, Tokyo, Japan. It was established by prolific voice actor Koyasu Takehito in October 1999, who also acts as its president.
Having belonged to the Production Baobab for ten years Koyasu became independent in 1999. Ogihara Hideki, a junior of his at Baobab then transferred the register afterwards to T's Factory, although it was just a small private talent agency, saying that he wished for it to become T's Kingdom in the future.
