Yamamoto Eimei was a Japanese screenwriter. In 1959, he graduated from Waseda University and joined Toei. He debuted in 1961 with the movie Futari dake no Taiyou (二人だけの太陽).

His daughter is shoujo mangaka Yamamoto Nobuyo (山本修世).
