Working with CEOs & CMOs to optimise their business

2025 is the year of transformation in B2B marketing. Are you ready to embrace it? The integration of AI and data-driven approaches is redefining how we connect with customers. I remember when marketing was more art than science. Today, it's a blend of both, with data guiding our decisions. Recent trends highlight the importance of AI in optimizing content for better visibility and engagement. This means aligning your content with AI-driven search algorithms. Here's what you can do: 1. Optimize your content for AI-driven search snippets. 2. Leverage AI for predictive analytics and lead scoring. 3. Focus on creating deeper, human-centric thought leadership. These strategies are crucial for staying competitive. How are you planning to leverage AI in your marketing efforts?

SME owners: you don't want your marketing strategy to "follow the crowd." Instead, you want it to be laser-focused that cuts through the noise. In other words: • It should target your ideal customers with precision • It should leverage your unique data insights • It should adapt in real-time to market changes Or you risk wasting resources on ineffective campaigns. Here are 4 ways to build a data-driven marketing strategy in 2025: • Unify your data across all platforms for a single source of truth • Implement a customer data platform (CDP) for real-time insights • Use AI for dynamic content optimisation and personalisation • Focus on first-party data to build trust and drive sustainable growth Remember, in 2025, the smartest marketers won't just collect data—they'll turn it into their competitive advantage.

Working with CEOs & CMOs to optimise their business

I've been partnering with an incredible young entrepreneur, Ruby Robb (who also happens to be my daughter) to launch a fresh take on online fashion. Together, we've turned driving lesson brainstorms into a full-fledged brand, complete with eye-popping designs and a low cost, effective supply chain. From sketching designs to negotiating with suppliers during lunch breaks, my daughter has shown me that age is just a number when it comes to business savvy. They say the best business partners challenge you to think differently - well, try keeping up with a teenager who understands TikTok algorithms better than I understand my TV remote! Super proud to officially launch this brand, and even prouder of my business partner! Check out our Shop here: https://lnkd.in/g44CVD9F

Forget vanity metrics. It's time to redefine B2B marketing success in 2025. I've seen too many teams chasing likes and clicks instead of revenue. Here's what really matters: 1. Account Engagement Score Measures true buying intent across the entire team. 2. Pipeline Velocity Shows how quickly deals move through your funnel. 3. Customer Lifetime Value Proves you're building lasting relationships, not just transactions. 4. Revenue Attribution Links marketing efforts directly to closed deals. 5. Net Dollar Retention Demonstrates your ability to grow accounts over time. These metrics tell the real story of your impact on the business. Which one are you focusing on in 2025?

Attention B2B leaders: Your buyers have changed. Have you? The rise of digital marketplaces is reshaping procurement. Key shifts I've observed: 1. Consolidation Buyers want fewer vendors, not more 2. Transparency Pricing structures must be crystal clear 3. Speed "Invoice-to-match in 60 seconds" is the new benchmark 4. AI integration From chatbots to predictive analytics, it's expected 5. Financial services Embedded options are becoming must haves My team's focus? Creating seamless experiences that feel more B2C than B2B. What's your biggest challenge in adapting to this new reality?

  • Any other trends you think will emerge?

The fintech partnership landscape is evolving. Are you keeping up?       After working with a few fintechs recently, Ive noticed 3 emerging trends to watch:     1. AI and blockchain taking centre stage  2. Regulatory frameworks tightening  3. Open banking reshaping collaborations     PSD2 in Europe is a game-changer. It's forcing banks to open up, creating a breeding ground for innovation.     But with great power comes great responsibility. Data protection under GDPR adds another layer of complexity.     The future? Expect more strategic alliances focusing on:     • Product innovation (especially in payments and lending)  • RegTech solutions  • Open banking initiatives     The winners will be those who can navigate the regulatory maze while delivering exceptional customer value.     What do you think will be the next big thing in fintech partnerships?

  • Absolutely fantastic project to work on.............

Working with CEOs & CMOs to optimise their business

Over the past few months, I’ve had the incredible privilege of working with Eric Brown, the visionary founder, director, and lead facilitator of Natcha Cultural Tours. As a marketing consultant, I’m passionate about helping businesses amplify their voices, but this partnership has been truly special. Eric Brown is a proud descendant of the Yuin, Bidjigal, Dharawal, and Gundungarra peoples, and his connection to Country shines through everything he does. Through Natcha Cultural Tours, he delivers On Country experiences that are not just tours but journeys into the heart of cultural knowledge, sacred sites, and traditional lore. These inclusive programs, particularly the cultural camps for people with disabilities, are a testament to Eric’s commitment to creating spaces where everyone can connect to the land and its stories. As a certified #NDIS support services provider, Natcha goes beyond tourism—it’s about empowerment, independence, and well-being. Eric’s extensive qualifications, including diplomas in business, youth work, leadership, and counselling, make him a leader who bridges cultural heritage and modern support systems. In our collaboration, I’ve had the opportunity to: ∙ Revamp Natcha Cultural Tours' brand messaging to reflect its authentic mission and values. ∙ Develop marketing campaigns that showcase the depth of their cultural experiences and the inclusivity of their programs. ∙Promote their unique approach to connecting communities to the land through storytelling and cultural engagement. The result? A growing community of individuals and organisations inspired by Natcha’s work, and a stronger platform for Eric to share his invaluable knowledge and create lasting impact. If you’re looking to immerse yourself in a one-of-a-kind cultural experience or connect with a service that values inclusion and respect for Country, I can’t recommend Natcha Cultural Tours highly enough. Working with CEOs & CMOs to optimise their business

Think you know your customers? Think again.    After 25+ years in B2B marketing and CX, I've learned a crucial lesson:     We often overestimate how well we understand our customers.     3 eye-opening ways to truly uncover customer needs:     1. "Look, Ask, Try" framework     - Observe without bias     - Ask open-ended questions     - Experience their journey firsthand     2. Leverage your data goldmine     - Analyse support tickets     - Study usage patterns     - Mine social media insights     3. Map the customer journey     - Identify pain points     - Spot opportunities for innovation     - Uncover latent needs     Remember: Understanding customers isn't a one-time task. It's an ongoing commitment to listening, learning, and adapting.     How well do you *really* know your customers?
