⚙️🤖FBR has successfully completed a demonstration of its technology to Samsung Heavy Industries, assessing the feasibility of applying FBR’s robotic automation technology to the shipbuilding industry, and are moving forward with negotiations for a joint development agreement. Samsung Heavy Industries (‘SHI’) is a shipbuilding company based in South Korea. It manufactures large size commercial vessels including crude oil tankers, container vessels, bulk carriers and offshore floating units such as FPSO, FLNG and drill ships. 🌍🔧 SHI has recognised FBR’s expertise and success in the development and implementation of long-boom automated robotics in outdoor environments and has approached FBR to undertake a joint development of automated solutions in the shipbuilding industry. Antonio Yun (VP SHI Offshore Proposals) said, “I saw FBR's DST® technology and I thought it could be a game changer for the automation of the large-scale outdoor manufacturing processes used for material movement and precision positioning activities. Automation of certain processes is expected to substantially speed up our manufacturing processes and will help to free up our skilled workers to focus on other aspects of ship building.” 🚢⚡ 🔗 Read the full ASX announcement here: https://lnkd.in/ghrCs8Qi #Innovation #RoboticAutomation #Shipbuilding #FBR #Technology #Automation #JointDevelopment #IndustryCollaboration #FutureOfManufacturing #GameChanger #PrecisionManufacturing #SamsungHeavyIndustries #DST #TechInnovation #AdvancedManufacturing #Robotics

FBR has entered into an agreement with Liebherr-Mischtechnik GmbH to support the localization and assembly of our Hadrian X® robots in the US! 🇺🇸 This collaboration marks the first step in establishing a complete assembly plant for Hadrian X® in the US, significantly reducing the time to manufacture each unit. Initially, robotic modules will be produced in Australia and assembled in the US, with plans to eventually manufacture more components locally. This will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and simplify servicing for our US customers. Liebherr's extensive experience and expanding network of manufacturing plants in the US make them the perfect partner to assist us in this endeavour. Their support will help us accelerate the scaling of our Wall as a Service® (WaaS®) operations in the US market. 🏗️✨ Stephen Albrecht, Managing Director of Liebherr-International AG commented: “The impressive performance of FBR’s Hadrian X® machines during field trials in the US market has strengthened our belief that the Hadrian X® is the most advanced and commercially viable fully automated construction robot available today. We are looking forward to progressing our relationship with FBR and supporting them in the successful commercialisation of Wall as a Service® in the US and the rest of the world.” Read the full ASX announcement at: https://lnkd.in/ghrCs8Qi #FBR #HadrianX #ConstructionTech #Innovation #USMarket #Liebherr #Robotics #WaaS #Technology #Partnership #3DPrinting
