This week, Pinnacle’s Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne offices marked Harmony Day with a delicious celebration, enjoying traditional Greek treats together! Harmony Day is all about inclusion and belonging - values which are championed across the PNI Foundation and by our NFP partners - and it was great to share a taste of culture while appreciating the diversity that enriches our team. #harmonyweek

The PNI Foundation honours the achievements and resilience of women worldwide. This year’s International Women's Day 2025 theme, #IAccelerateAction reminds us that progress requires more than words. It takes meaningful steps to make real change so let’s consider how we can continue to make a lasting impact by supporting women and creating safe spaces. Let’s accelerate action for gender equality, every day. #IWD2025

The PNI Foundation is proud to support Yalari’s annual Orientation Camp, a critical part of Yalari’s mission of empowering Indigenous students through education. This year’s Camp highlighted the significant impact of community support, marking the start of the students’ journey, where they learn the value of education and feel the strength of the community supporting them as part of the Yalari family. Yalari founder Waverley Stanley AM expressed his gratitude: "I was overwhelmed and humbled by the support so many of our supporters and friends showed us by joining us for some games, lunch and a yarning circle on Wednesday during our Orientation Camp. Thank you for making the time to be with us, especially to those who travelled from afar.” Yalari, Resolution Capital

Congratulations to all the graduates. The PNI Foundation and Riparian Capital Partners are proud to be on this journey with you.
Peter Cullen Trust Graduation Week – November 2024. We are delighted to welcome the 21st graduating cohort, the newest Fellows in the Peter Cullen Trust’s rich Fellows Network. As is our practice, the cohort was challenged to deliver a formal presentation as the final element of their Leadership Program; their response to the brief – Sustainable Artificial Intelligence – was exceptional, producing an authentic “wow” moment for the audience. Covering environmental impacts, data quality and bias, equity and ethics, leadership and governance, the recommendations included the “development of a comprehensive national strategy to provide appropriate legislation, education and regulation to ensure AI works for the benefit of all Australians and our environment”. Did you know: · Data centres require millions of litres of high-quality water per day for cooling? · Data centre electricity usage could double by 2026? · There are inherent biases in most datasets towards Western male perspectives, with no current standards to ensure equitable representation? We welcome this outstanding cohort to the Fellows Network and look forward to seeing what they do next. #petercullentrust #truthtopower #leadership Bek Christensen Rosie Wheen Cynthia Mitchell AO Susie Williams Andrew O'Neill Dr. Lisa Ehrenfried @chrisarnott SA Water Murray-Darling Basin Authority Murray Irrigation Limited Parks Victoria Melbourne Water GHD Water Corporation Bureau of Meteorology Government of South Australia Power and Water Corporation University of New England (AU) Yarra Valley Water Healthy Land & Water

I still can’t quite believe it that I’ve been announced as the NSW Australian of the Year. It is an honour to be thought of along side some of the brightest and most decent people I have ever met. Dan Principe, Jess Hill and Ins. Amy Scott AV, you’re all incredible and I adore you and your work. Thank you for everything that you do. Kindness is important. It is more important now than it has ever been before and I’m just so stoked that our work at Kindness Factory is being felt and understood by so many people around the world. We promise to keep it up. Thank you to absolutely everyone who has reached out. It means the world to me.
