I've been fortunate to lead and grow a number of high performing and multi-award winning teams, creating value and commercial growth for clients and our people.

I'm a firm believer in the power of communications for good and work actively as a leader, mentor and juror to advance the industry and celebrate our best contributions to that cause.
Currently, as Chief Executive of Edelman Australia I oversee business, commercial and cultural strategy to deliver our ambition of being Australia’s foremost communications advisory firm.

Previously, I spent over a decade with MediaCom Australia consulting with global and local businesses in areas of brand marketing, commerce, content & integrated communications strategy - passionately closing the gap between media and message in our fragmented media landscape.
I’ve had the privilege of leading teams that have produced award winning work for some of Australia’s most recognisable brands including Mars, P&G, KFC, Westpac, Dell in addition to NSW, VIC and QLD Governments to name a few.

My passions lie in achieving collective success and the growth of our industry’s future leaders. I retain a proven track record in building high performing and awarded teams, leading innovation and finding new ways of achieving results for clients. Championing innovation through creativity in Australia and across the region, I’ve served as a juror on Effies, FOMA, Mumbrella and B&T and was a founding member of Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AIMCo)

    The development and launch of these new products involved me conducting market/product gap analysis/research, highlighting and interviewing potential suppliers and then selecting a single or dual supplier with whom we could take the products to market.

    To help develop and build products specific to our customer base I was involved in the collection of both primary and secondary market and consumer research data. Primary research involved conducting focus groups and meetings with consumers and clients to help build successful insurance products which could then be promoted through a variety of marketing channels from Online to OBTM, IBTM & Direct Mail.

    I was able to work closely with our clients, assisting in pitches and presentations to ensure client agreement and take up of products and provided regular updates to clients regarding the sales performance of existing products across all channels.
