Our world is complicated. Everyday, we encounter new issues and enduring injustices. The barriers to equity are historical, institutional, and often seemingly invisible. These things aren’t easy to change and they won’t be solved in a single session. It’s a journey and progress will come but it takes time.

Together we can do the meaningful work to create systemic change. It’ll mean choosing to pursue an ongoing journey of listening, learning and growing. It’s not the easiest path, but we will get there.
